Certification to election authorities of notice to bepublished--contents.
116.240. Not later than the tenth Tuesday prior to an election atwhich a statewide ballot measure is to be voted on, the secretary of stateshall send each election authority a certified copy of the legal notice tobe published. The legal notice shall include the date and time of theelection and a sample ballot.
