130.071. 1. If a successful candidate, or the treasurer ofhis candidate committee fails to file the disclosure reportswhich are required by this chapter, the candidate shall not takeoffice until such reports are filed.
2. In addition to any other penalties provided by law, noperson may file for any office in a subsequent election until heor the treasurer of his existing candidate committee has filedall required campaign disclosure reports for all prior elections.
