Severability.
130.096. If any provision of this chapter or the applicationthereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, theinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or application ofthis chapter which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of thischapter are declared severable.
