Investment percentage required to be spent in Missouri.
135.416. All investments in Missouri small businesses forwhich tax credits are claimed under the provisions of sections135.400 to 135.430 shall satisfy the conditions of beingregistered or specifically exempt from registration by provisionsor regulations under chapter 409, RSMo, that require a certainpercentage of the investment to be used in Missouri.
