Accounting systems--approval by director.
136.140. The director of revenue shall maintain suchaccounting systems in his office as may be required to showreceipts upon each kind or type of tax, license or fee which iscollected by the division of taxation and collection. Suchaccounting systems maintained in the director of revenue's officeshall be first approved by the director of revenue.
