Attorney's fees (first class charter counties).
141.630. Attorney's fees charged against each delinquent taxbill or parcel of real estate in any action brought undersections 141.210 to 141.810 shall be in the sum of five percentof the amount of taxes actually collected and paid into thetreasury after judgment is obtained or if such taxes are paidbefore judgment, but after suit is instituted, two percent of allsums collected and paid into the treasury; and an additional sumin the amount of five dollars for each suit where publication isnecessary, which amounts shall be taxed* and collected as othercosts.
