Multiple attendance centers for same grade level, board to havepolicy for transfer of students.
162.1190. The school board of each school district with multipleattendance centers containing the same grade levels shall, no later thanJuly 1, 2004, develop, and make available to the public, a policy regardingthe transfer of that school district's students to other schools within thedistrict.
