Election in proposed district.

162.191. 1. Within sixty days after receipt of approval by the stateboard of education of the reorganization plan or part thereof, the countyclerk shall submit the question in each proposed school district whollywithin the county or which has been designated by the state board ofeducation as belonging to the county. The notices of the election shall besigned by the presiding commissioner of the county commission and thecounty clerk. The cost shall be paid from the incidental fund.

2. The question shall be submitted in substantially the followingform:

Shall the . . . . . . school district (and the . . . . . . schooldistrict) be reorganized as a district?

3. A majority affirmative vote in each district to be affected* isrequired for adoption of the proposed seven-director district. If the planis not adopted, no subsequent plan involving any part of the same area maybe submitted sooner than one year following the date of the submission ofthe question at which the plan was defeated.
