Candidate to declare for term of specific number of years, when.
162.281. In all seven-director districts, including urbandistricts, when directors are to be elected for terms ofdifferent lengths, each candidate shall declare for a term of aspecific number of years and the different terms shall be votedupon as separate propositions.
