Directors--election--qualifications.
162.291. The voters of each seven-director district other thanurban districts shall, at municipal elections, elect twodirectors who are citizens of the United States and residenttaxpayers of the district, who have resided in this state for oneyear next preceding their election or appointment, and who are atleast twenty-four years of age.
