Compensation of treasurer and secretary.
162.551. The treasurer and secretary of each urban districtshall receive as full compensation for their services salariesfixed by the board before their election; but no compensationshall be paid to either the secretary or treasurer while they arein default in the making, filing or publishing of their reportsand settlements, as the law directs.
