162.830. A special school district organized under theprovisions of sections 162.670 to 162.995 may include more thanone school district and may be established irrespective of countyboundaries. The boundaries of a special school districtorganized under the provisions of sections 162.670 to 162.995shall coincide with the boundaries of the school districtsincluded in the special district and the special school districtshall be in addition to the school districts comprising thespecial district.
