Minimum levy requirement not applicable in certain counties.
163.022. Provisions of other law to the contrarynotwithstanding, the provisions of subsection 2 of section163.021 shall not apply to any elementary school district locatedin a* county with a population of between thirty-five thousand andthirty-six thousand residents that contains the majority of atleast five school districts.
