Publisher to show ownership of publishing house.
170.141. Before being licensed to sell school textbooks inthis state, the publisher thereof shall file with the state boardof education a sworn statement, showing the ownership of thepublishing house, with the interest, names and addresses of theowners, and specifically stating whether or not the publisher, orthe owner of any interest or shares in the publishing house, isthe owner of any interest or shares in any other publishinghouse, and if so, giving the name and address thereof.
