Supplemental educational services, equipment and educational materialsnot deemed an incentive for certification purposes.
170.305. Any and all equipment and educational materials necessaryfor successful participation in supplemental educational servicesprogramming shall not be deemed an incentive for the purposes of compliancewith department of elementary and secondary education rules and regulationsfor supplemental educational services provider certification. Thedepartment of elementary and secondary education shall not prohibitproviders of supplemental and educational services from allowing studentsto retain instructional equipment, including computers, used by them uponsuccessful completion of supplemental and educational services.
