Annual report, contents.
174.170. The president of each board shall make an annualreport to the department of higher education, in the month ofAugust in each year, of all receipts of moneys fromappropriations, incidental fees, and all other sources, and thedisbursements thereof, and for what purposes, and the conditionof said college.
