184.382. The commissioners of each subdistrict shall make onor before the second Monday in March an annual report to thedistrict board setting forth the various sums of money receivedfrom the said subdistrict's fund and the amounts which have beenexpended and for what purposes, the number and character of theacquisitions and such other information and suggestions as theymay deem important.
