Operating and program expenses, how paid, limitation.
186.060. Subject to appropriation from general revenue, one milliondollars may be appropriated to the Missouri humanities council. Grantsmade to the Missouri humanities council may be used for operating andprogramming expenses except that the administrative costs shall not exceedfive percent of such funding.
