Donated property--title, how taken.
190.080. Any person desiring to donate property for thebenefit of an ambulance district established pursuant to theprovisions of sections 190.005 to 190.085 may vest title to theproperty so donated in the board of directors created pursuant tothe provisions of sections 190.005 to 190.085, and the board ofdirectors shall hold and control the property so received andaccepted according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise orbequest of the property, and shall be a trustee of the property,and shall take title to all property it may acquire in the nameof the district and shall control the property for the purposesprovided in sections 190.005 to 190.085.
