Failure to approve bonds, effect of--dissolution--funds, how rebated.
190.085. In any ambulance district created under theprovisions of sections 190.005 to 190.085, which is not operatingan ambulance service and in which the voters of said districthave on three separate occasions refused to approve a bond issueto secure the necessary property and equipment to operate theservice, the board of the district shall submit to the voters theproposition of the dissolution of the district. If a majority ofthe voters approve the dissolution, the district shall bedissolved and any tax money in the treasury shall be rebated tothe original taxpayer on a pro rata basis.
