Lapse of license, request to return to active status, procedure.
190.146. Any licensee allowing a license to lapse may within twoyears of the lapse request that their license be returned to active statusby notifying the department in advance of such intention, and submit acomplete application upon such forms as prescribed by the department inrules adopted pursuant to sections 190.001 to 190.245. If the licenseemeets all the requirements for relicensure, the department shall issue anew emergency medical technician license to the licensee.
