Investigations of allegations of violations, completed when--accessto records.
190.248. 1. All investigations conducted in response to allegationsof violations of sections 190.001 to 190.245 shall be completed within sixmonths of receipt of the allegation.
2. In the course of an investigation the department shall have accessto all records directly related to the alleged violations from persons orentities licensed pursuant to this chapter or chapter 197 or 198, RSMo.
3. Any department investigations that involve other administrative orlaw enforcement agencies shall be completed within six months ofnotification and final determination by such administrative or lawenforcement agencies.
