Federal financial participation required.
190.830. The requirements of sections 190.800 to 190.830 shall applyonly so long as the revenues generated under section 190.800 are eligiblefor federal financial participation as provided in sections 190.800 to190.836 and payments are made under section 190.800. For the purpose ofthis section, "federal financial participation" means the federalgovernment's share of Missouri's expenditures under the MO HealthNetprogram. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section to thecontrary, in the event federal financial participation is either denied,discontinued, reduced in excess of five percent per year, or no longeravailable for the revenues generated under section 190.800, the director ofthe department of social services shall cause disbursement of all moneysheld in the ambulance service reimbursement allowance fund to be made toall ambulance services in accordance with rules promulgated by thedepartment of social services, along with a full accounting of suchdisbursements, within forty-five days of receipt of notice thereof by thedepartment of social services.
