Contracts for loans to include terms.
191.510. The department shall enter into a contract witheach applicant receiving a state loan under sections 191.500 to191.550 for repayment of the principal and interest and forforgiveness of a portion thereof for participation in the serviceareas as provided in sections 191.500 to 191.550.
