Disciplinary action for health care professionals who discriminate orrequire HIV testing before treatment.

191.699. Any health care professional who, after disclosurehas been made by a patient of HIV infection, discriminatesagainst the patient on the basis of that HIV infection or who,prior to such disclosure, makes HIV testing a condition oftreatment shall be subject to administrative disciplinary actionfor violation of a professional trust or confidence or thecommission of an act of unprofessional conduct as those terms areused in sections 330.160, RSMo, 332.321, RSMo, 334.100, RSMo, and335.066, RSMo.
