State board of health to advise department.
192.014. The state board of health shall advise the department of healthand senior services in the:
(1) Promulgation of rules and regulations by the department of healthand senior services. At least sixty days before the rules and regulationsprescribed by the department or any subsequent changes in them becomeeffective, a copy shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. Allrules and regulations promulgated by the department shall, as soon aspracticable after their adoption, be submitted to the general assembly. Therules and regulations shall continue in force and effect until disapproved bythe general assembly;
(2) Formulation of the budget for the department of health and seniorservices;
(3) Planning for and operation of the department of health and seniorservices.
