Arthritis information network to be established--staff.
192.725. Beginning upon receipt of appropriations for thatpurpose and subject to the availability of appropriations, butnot before July 1, 1985, a statewide "Arthritis InformationNetwork" shall be established, consisting of a statewide WATStelephone system, staffed by volunteers insofar as possible.
