Disinterment for transport to location outside originalcemetery--notice, to whom, contents.

194.105. In addition to any records filed pursuant tochapter 193, RSMo, any person or owner or operator of anycemetery which removes any body which has been properly buriedor interred for transportation to a location outside theoriginal cemetery shall, prior to such disinterment, file noticewith the county coroner or county medical examiner and alsonotify by certified mail, the closest living relative known tothe cemetery operator, of the body being moved. Such noticeshall provide the name and address of the person moving thebody, the name of the person whose body is to be moved, and thelocation to which the body is to be moved. Transportation ofthe body shall be in accordance with the provisions of sections194.010 to 194.110, and in accordance with any other applicablelaw or regulation.
