Delivery by manufacturer or distributor, when, penalty.
195.254. 1. It is unlawful for any manufacturer ordistributor or agent or employee of a manufacturer ordistributor, having reasonable cause to believe that a controlledsubstance will be used in violation of sections 195.005 to195.425 to deliver the controlled substance.
2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a classD felony.
