Burden of proof of registration upon defendant.
195.369. In the absence of proof that a person is the dulyauthorized holder of an appropriate registration or order formissued under sections 195.005 to 195.425, the person is presumednot to be the holder of the registration or form. The burden ofproducing evidence with respect to the registration or orderform is upon that person.
