Requirements before issuance of license.
196.480. No locker plant shall be licensed if located ininsanitary, unclean or contaminating surroundings which mightendanger public health, and all rooms and equipment of a lockerplant shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitarycondition consistent with the purpose for which such rooms andequipment are used. Locker plants shall have ample and sanitarywater and toilet facilities. All employees handling food shallhave an approved health certificate.
