Revocation of license--enforcement.
196.515. 1. Failure on the part of any locker plantoperator to properly comply with the provisions of sections196.450 to 196.515 shall authorize and empower the director torefuse to license or to revoke or suspend any license of theoffending operator.
2. Injunction may issue by any court of competentjurisdiction to enforce the provisions hereof.
