Suspension or revocation of licenses.
196.590. The state milk board** may for good cause, afternotice and opportunity for hearing in accordance with theprovisions of chapter 536, RSMo, suspend or revoke certificationsand licenses issued hereunder; provided, that nothing in sections196.520 to 196.610 shall be construed to prevent the temporarysuspension of the operation of any production or manufacturingfacility prior to a hearing when such action is necessary to stopthe production, distribution, purchase or sale of illegal milk orillegal dairy products.
