Words prohibited in sale of butter substitutes.
196.725. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm orcorporation to use in any way, in connection or association withthe sale, or exposure for sale, or advertisement of any substancedesigned to be used as a substitute for butter, the word"butter", "creamery", or "dairy", except as otherwise required bythe laws of this state; or the name or representation of anybreed of dairy cattle, or any combination of such word, or wordsand representation, or any other words or symbols, or combinationthereof, commonly used in the sale of butter.
