Existing hospitals to be allowed time to meet standards.
197.090. Any hospital which is in operation at the time ofthe promulgation of any applicable rule or regulation or minimumstandard under this law shall be given a reasonable time underthe particular circumstances not to exceed two years from thedate of such promulgation within which to comply with such rulesand regulations and minimum standards.
