Complaint procedure to be provided to patients.
197.158. Every hospital and ambulatory surgery center shall,beginning June 1, 2006, provide each patient an opportunity to submit tothe hospital or ambulatory surgical center administration complaints,comments, and suggestions related to the care they received or theirpersonal observations related to the quality of care provided. Thedepartment shall promulgate rules to implement this section.
