Certificate required--standards.
197.252. 1. No person or other entity shall providehospice care, or hold himself out as a hospice, unless suchperson has a certificate pursuant to sections 197.250 to 197.280.
2. All skilled care provided by a hospice shall be providedin accordance with professionally accepted standards.
