Medicaid moneys not to be used for other purposes.
198.139. A health care provider or vendor shall notknowingly use any moneys paid to him under Medicaid for servicesprovided to any resident for any purpose other than thatpermitted by the provisions of chapter 208, RSMo, or stateregulations or federal regulations or statutes governing Medicaidreimbursement.
