Results of election to be filed.
198.270. The order determining and declaring results of theelection shall be entered upon the records of the commission anda certified copy thereof shall be filed with the county clerk ofeach other county in which the proposed district lies who shallcause the same to be spread upon the records of the countycommission. If the order shows that the question to organize thedistrict received a majority of the votes cast, the order shalldeclare the district organized.
