Records of district--officers and employees to give bond.
198.330. The board shall provide for the proper and safekeeping of its permanent records and for the recording of thecorporate action of the district. It shall keep a true andaccurate account of its receipts and an annual audit shall bemade of its books, records and accounts. All officers andemployees authorized to receive or retain the custody of money orto sign vouchers, checks, warrants or evidences of indebtednessbinding upon the district shall furnish surety bond for thefaithful performance of their duties and the faithful accountingfor all moneys that may come into their hands in an amount to befixed and in a form to be approved by the board.
