Child day care center, authority to organize--how paid for--to belicensed by division of family services--expiration thirty days aftertransfer of Missouri rehabilitation center to University of Missouri.

199.025. 1. Employees of the Missouri rehabilitation center mayorganize and file with the secretary of state an application as anot-for-profit corporation for the purpose of establishing a child day carecenter. The corporation so formed may enter into an agreement with thecommissioner of administration for the lease of appropriate space at therehabilitation center for use as the child day care center. The space at thecenter may be made available to the corporation at a rate to be established bythe commissioner of administration.

2. The corporation may provide child day care at the Missourirehabilitation center. The child day care center established by thecorporation shall be licensed under the provisions of sections 210.201 to210.245, RSMo. The operation of the day care center shall be paid for by feesor charges, established by the corporation, and collected from those who useits services. The corporation may receive any private donations or grantsfrom agencies of the federal government intended for the support of the childday care center.

*3. This section shall terminate thirty days following the date noticeis provided to the revisor of statutes that an agreement has been executedwhich transfers the Missouri rehabilitation center from the department ofhealth and senior services to the board of curators of the University ofMissouri.
