Plans and regulations to conform to federal requirements.
201.070. Any plan, rule, or regulation adopted by theadministrator shall conform with regulations of the federalgovernment to the extent necessary to qualify for the receipt offederal funds that may become available to the state for thetreatment and care of crippled children.
