Temporary notes authorized, when.
204.668. After an improvement has been authorized under sections204.650 to 204.672, the governing body of the district may issue temporarynotes of the district to pay the costs of such improvement in an amount notto exceed the estimated cost of such improvement. Such temporary notes maybe issued in anticipation of issuance of revenue bonds of the district.The district may participate in any governmentally sponsored bond poolingprogram or other bond program. Bonds may be issued and made payable fromspecial assessments paid in the form of user fees under subsection 4 ofsection 204.660 and other revenues of the district.
