Board to determine charity patients.
205.330. The board of hospital trustees shall have power todetermine whether or not patients presented at said publichospital for treatment are subjects for charity, and shall fixsuch price for compensation for patients, other than those unableto assist themselves, as the said board deems proper, thereceipts therefor to be paid to the treasurer of said county andcredited by him to the hospital fund.
