205.373. 1. The county commission or township board issuingbonds under the provisions of sections 205.371 to 205.373 shallprescribe the form, details and incidents of the bonds, and thecounty commission or township board shall make such covenants asin its judgment are advisable or necessary properly to secure thepayment thereof; but the form, details, incidents, and covenantsshall not be inconsistent with any of the provisions of sections205.371 to 205.373.

2. The holder of any bonds issued hereunder or of anycoupons representing interest accrued thereon may, by civilaction, compel the county commission or township board issuingsuch bonds to perform all duties imposed upon it by theprovisions of sections 205.371 to 205.373 and to enforce theperformance of any and all of the covenants made by the countycommission or township board in the issuance of the bonds.

3. The provisions of sections 205.371 to 205.373 shall notbe exclusive of other legal methods of financing nursing homesand related facilities, but shall furnish an alternative methodof finance.
