Secretary--salary--duties--compensation of treasurer.
205.510. 1. The secretary may or may not be a member of theboard and shall draw such salary as the trustees shall agreeupon. He shall keep a record of all the proceedings of saidboard which shall be open at all times to public scrutiny. Thesecretary shall keep a record of all money or property receivedfrom all sources and of all expenditures therefrom, also acomplete record of all patients treated therein.
2. The treasurer shall receive an annual salary of onedollar.
