May purchase or lease land.
205.640. The several county commissions shall have power,whenever they may think it expedient, to purchase or lease, ormay purchase and lease, any quantity of land in their respectivecounties, not exceeding three hundred and twenty acres, andreceive a conveyance to their county for the same.
