Support of poor--certain cities to contribute.
205.680. Any county which now has or may hereafter havewithin such county a city having a special charter and which citynow has or may hereafter have a population of not less than tenthousand inhabitants and not more than thirty thousandinhabitants shall, out of the funds of such county, provide forthe care of the poor in said county, including poor of such cityor cities, and no such city shall hereafter be exempt from anytax for the support of the poor of such county. No money shallhereafter be refunded to any such city by any such county onaccount of any money expended by said county for the support ofthe poor of said county.
