Family services division to regulate.
205.961. The division of family services shall make andpromulgate necessary and reasonable rules and regulations for theadministration of the programs established pursuant to section205.960, and when required by federal law or regulation thedivision of family services shall be the certifying agencyresponsible for certifying individuals or households as eligibleto receive surplus agricultural commodities or for the issuanceof federal food stamps.
