Law not to create liability or obligation.
207.080. The extension of chapter 287, RSMo, to include employees of thedivision of family services shall not be construed as acknowledging orcreating any liability in tort, or as incurring other obligations or dutiesexcept only the duty and obligation of complying with the provisions ofchapter 287, RSMo, so long as the division of family services may elect toremain under the provisions of chapter 287, RSMo.
